This photo was posted on the Massey: Then and Now group on Facebook by Donna Dyell Larson where she wrote: "Lums Restaurant - On the top of this photo it says, 'Willie Lums'. The bottom says, 'W. Lums Restaurant 1922'.   Also the tiny sign to the right of the first upper floor window says, 'Rooms to Let'."

"I think the building was on the corner next to the New  Moon Restaurant, where Burns Motor Sales Garage was and then became Houle’s Bus Lines and now not sure who owns that property. I also think it was facing towards the old Royal Bank that is now a Hair Salon."
-Marjorie Houle Powell
"This must have been an earlier location for Lum Sing. In the 1940/1950s his restaurant was on the North East corner of First St and Sables, right at the sidewalk on two sides.  My Dad like to go to Lum's for meals. High school kids liked his Nickelodeon and choice of records. I spent a few nickles!" -Margaret Clipperton
